Returns & Exchanges

NEVELE11 will gladly issue you a return approval or exchange for any merchandise that you are not completely satisfied with. All returned items must be unused. We do require your receipt of sale or proof of purchase. 

Our company returns policy honors requests up to fourteen (14) calendar days. We do not offer refunds or exchange after the approved 14 days, or if the merchandise shows obvious signs of use or damage, or is missing parts not due to our error.

Once our NEVELE11 customer service has received your package, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be initiated so that our staff can inspect the product for condition. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

At this time we are not offering exchanges on any NEVELE11 fitness bags. If you purchase a color in error, notify customer service and they will work with you to find a solution for your bag of preference. 

We do not offer store credit for gift cards.
