Q. How often do you release new bag style?
A. At NEVELE11, our ideal new collection releases happen at the start of a new season. Our next collection will be launched Holiday '19.
Q. If a bag style or color is marked 'out of stock' can I be notified when it's available?
A. Absolutely! On the product page for the fitness bag style you prefer, when the 'out of stock' prompt appears, you will have an opportunity to enter your email address for notifications.
Q. What are your shipping options? Do you ship outside the US?
A. NEVELE11 offers domestic ground, priority and express shipping in the US. More information can be found on our Shipping Info page.
Q. Do you accept returns? Exchanges?

Q. Can I track my order?
A. Yes, you will have the opportunity to enter your name, email address and order number here on our website on the Track My Order page.
Q. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards (e-cards) that can be purchased for $100, $250.00, and $500.00. Our NEVELE11 e-cards can only be redeemed on this website; both purchaser and receipient will receive an email notification with instructions for redemption. Our gift cards never expire.
Q. What payments or cards do you accept?
A. NEVELE11 accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and we happily process orders using the PayPal payment option.
